OG COE Electronic Warfare Planner (EWP)
Military Trainer and exercise support staff for Battle Command Training Program (BCTP) simulation command post exercises to train Brigade, Division and Corps Commanders and their staffs during Mission Rehearsal and Full-Spectrum exercises. As an OG COE Electronic Warfare Planner (EWP) works with WCPMESII to create an environment that replicates Political, military, Economic, Social, Information and Infrastructure aspects of the contemporary operational environment in a complex asymmetric battlefield. As the Electronic Warfare Planner (EWP) is responsible for exercise integration of EW into the military decision making and targeting processes, how to analyze the electronic order of battle, EW targeting, and assessment of results. As EWP de-conflicts EW scenarios for BCTP exercises. Coordination and synchronization effort is key to exercise preparation and resolving exercise design issues.
Basic Qualifications: Education. a. Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university. b. U.S. Army Command and General Staff Officer Course or equivalent Intermediate Level Education. c. Completion of the FA29 Electronic Warfare Officer or FA30 Information Operations qualification course.
Other: a. Five years U.S. military service. b. Two years experience in design, planning, configuration, and conduct of large scale computer simulation exercises.
