Job Description:

Position Title:October Count Data Processor - (9990) - Temporary

Department:Financial Services

Number of Positions:7

Salary Range:$15.00 Per Hour, Temporary

Application Date:Open until Filled




Position Summary:

Temporary position to support the 2011 October Count


Primary Responsibilities:

. Processes October Count documents with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy.

. Using Infinite Campus database, checks accuracy of October Count submission documents from each district school.

. Updates October Count data as needed, with assistance from data processing team.

. Maintains both the integrity and confidentiality of all data.

. Performs other related duties, including special projects, as required or requested.


Qualifications:

. Exceptional organizational skills.

. Exceptional attention to detail.

. Ability to operate personal computer proficiently (includes database entry, e-mail, etc.)

. Familiarity with the school district's student information system (Infinite Campus) preferred.

. High degree of integrity in handling confidential information.

. Ability to work independently.



Minimum qualifications:

. Education and experience equivalent to a minimum of one year experience in a similar position.
