This position is for the KC-10 program located in Lake Charles, LA. This position reports to the Program Director of KC-10 and has a dotted reporting line to the KC-10 Depot Program Director. The candidate will be responsible for integrating KC-10 depot efforts to ensure the production of quality aircraft on/ahead of schedule. Specific depot integration support activities include: oversight to aircraft scheduling, CDRL reporting, primary interface to KC-10 Program Office, Risk Management, Crtical Path Management, Induction and Shop Floor Execution to include providing guidance to AircraftVehicle Managers (AVMs)> Prepares CDRLs, status reports and briefings to inform the SPO and AMC of program status. Resolves parts shortages, coordiantes efforts for drop-in aircraft maintenance, and worldwide Contract Field Team support. Writes SOW documents, modifies induction letters, implements surge/recovery schedules and ensures communication is flowed thru senior manageemnt to apply continuous improvements across both depots.
