The
Learning Consultant or Senior Learning Consultant analyzes and recommends solutions to enhance performance on enterprise projects for all impacted business areas throughout the organization. This associate will manage and oversee the implementation of several recommendations concurrently to ensure return on expectations, strong client relationships, and adherence to established tools/processes. Additionally, this associate serves as a liason between key business constituents and Performance Solutions to enable seamless implementation of recommended learning solutions for our clients. The successful incumbent blends strong performance consulting and project leadership skills with a strong knowledge of migration and mandate projects to produce desired outcomes regardless of system or geographic area.
Responsible for analyzing, selecting, and implementing performance solutions for business performance gaps based on business needs. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Conducts needs analysis and evaluates effectiveness of learning solutions. Leads Performance Solutions initiatives involving multiple associates. Manages small to medium sized projects, markets or initiatives. Partners with clients on project charters, scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budgets, and timing to ensure project success. Tracks and reports on project milestones. Manages project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved. Determines if external consultants or contractors will be required to complete the project plan and may assist in recruiting and managing appropriate vendor resources. Applies human performance improvement principles and consults with business unit management and Performance Solutions management to improve business performance. May conduct training or develop instructional or reference content as necessary to ensure timely and accurate implementation of performance solutions. Develops working relationships with internal and external team members.

Requirements:
Learning Consultant (E12) Requires BA/BS degree in business, education, instructional design, or other learning discipline; 5 years of experience, including 3-5 years of project management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
OR
Learning Consultant Sr (E13) Requires BA/BS degree in business, education, instructional design, or other learning discipline; 7 years of experience, including 5 or more years of project management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
