IT Project Management Specialist 4\5

In support of the SSG IT Business Partner, the candidate will work with Business Unit Executive Management, application groups, IT Finance and other IT organizations to respond to business priorities.

Responsibilities include:
*Develop and manage IT project plans and deliverables.
*Lead activities to determine project scope, schedule and budget baselines.
*Utilizing Program Management Best Practices monitor progress to ensure cost and schedule performance.
*Identify and negotiate for necessary resources to meet project goals.
*Provide leadership and guidance on the development of project communication plans.
*Lead activities to identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
*Provide input and manage to pool targets and Long Range Business Plans.
*Determine and provide the proper balance to business needs and support to IT Initiatives.
*Development and execute to an operating rhythm that includes developing, maintaining and presenting regular performance reviews to executive management.
*Work issues and maintain a high level of Business Partner satisfaction.

Extensive and specialized knowledge of identifying and gaining approval of testing of established applications to meet project requirements.

Basic Qualifications For Consideration

Do you have a minimum of four (4) years' work related experience managing IT projects?

Do you have experience in projects that require preparing and presenting briefings to technical staff and multiple levels of management from first line to executives?

Do you have experience coordinating customer requirements for Information Technology tasks?

Typical Education/Experience
Level 4 - Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Level 5 - Bachelor's degree and typically 15 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 13 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
