Description: Group 61 - Net-Centric Integration is developing a portfolio of net-centric programs in support of multiple U.S. DoD and intelligence community missions.
We seek an information and knowledge architect to help develop a coherent data and service strategy across multiple U.S. government domains. This position will lead the definition of new information and knowledge standards for information system protocols, interfaces, services, and command & control methods.
Ph.D. in EE/CS/Math/Physics with 5 years work experience in a related field required. In lieu of a Ph.D., a MS and 5 years of directly related experience will be considered. Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in designing information system-based systems (e.g. military, health systems, manufacturing, process control, etc.) required. Knowledge of service oriented architecture methods strongly desired. Previous experience in information/data integration or knowledge management desired. Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified/Top Secret information.
