Human Resources Generalist
The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR relationship and process within the Information and Communication Technology organization. Responsibilities include staffing, employee and leadership development, manpower and diversity planning, performance management and succession planning. This person will interface on a daily basis with senior leadership as well as all levels of the organization.
Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree
• Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment,including Excel and Powerpoint
Preferred Qualifications: • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
• Advanced degree preferred
• Prior experience working with Information Technology Organizations
• Effective oral and written communications
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
• Demonstrate the ability to proactively lead the HR relationship with operating management
• Excellent organizational and process skills
