Requirements:
An opportunity exists for an individual to become an integral part of our Training Department as Field Training Administrative Assistant, reporting to the Vice President, Field Training. This individual will provide support for the entire Field Training Team. Responsibilities include the following:
Provide administrative support and travel arrangements for Field Training Team and New Restaurant Openings
Maintain field training calendar with Restaurant Operations and Operations Support
Prepare weekly, quarterly and YTD reports and presentations
Maintain Training Store Certification List
Assist with management training class schedules and arrangements system-wide
Order training materials and supplies
Prepare course completion certificates
Coordinate department calendar
Maintain corporate and field training project workbooks
Other administrative duties as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Strong organizational and administrative abilities with a minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a team environment
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access data base; SharePoint, PeopleSoft and WebNow experience preferred
