Reporting to the Dean, and working with University of Toronto's V.P., Advancement, - you will provide strategic and managerial leadership to the Advancement team at the Rotman School. As Executive Director, Advancement, you will assume responsibility and accountability for the overall development, design, implementation and oversight of the major gifts program and annual fund campaigns. You will also add innovative thinking to alumni relations and donor relations including marketing and communications as they support fundraising and advancement activities. Through your collaborative general management approach, you will ensure that the School's resources and -your team are aligned and working in unison to reach annual and longer range strategic advancement goals and objectives.
