Enrollment Coordinator
Receives referral information and evaluates referrals for appropriateness of membership. Maintains and orders sufficient marketing supplies and materials.
Enters enrollment data in clinical information system and ensures the completeness and accuracy of the demographic information through verification of date of birth, sex, address, social security number, Medicaid number, and Medicare number.
Drafts official correspondence with regard to enrollment and eligibilty.
Prepares correspondence and reports, i.e., enrollment processes for the Department of Health, HRA and any other official agencies
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Strong Customer Service Skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Team Player
Must have basic Computer Skills (Word, Excel)
Data Entry keystrokes must be a minimum of 7,000 keystrokes (Alpha Numeric & 10 Key )
