Electronic Warfare Instructor
Northrop Grumman Technical Services sector is seeking an Electronic Warfare Military Trainer to join our team of motivated professionals. This position will be located in Lawton/Fort Sill, OK. The qualified applicant will support Army Electronic Warfare Program of Instruction (POI) delivery and development.
Roles and Responsibilities: Support the delivery of electronic warfare training to include instruction on the basic concepts of electricity, radio communications, RADAR, and EW ground and airborne system platforms. The ideal candidate possesses knowledge in Joint and Service electronic warfare doctrine, electronic warfare attack systems, Electronic Protect measures such as electromagnetic spectrum management, frequency deconfliction, and EW systems reprogramming experience. Continuous course work technical development and updating, implementing techniques, tactics, procedures (TTPs) of lessons learned into course materials.
Provides consulting expertise to military or defense clients in the development and evaluation of military training and doctrine. May have specialized expertise in planning and executing some or all phases of military training exercises, including doctrinal development, scenario development, and after action review and analysis.
Basic Qualifications: 1. Must possess a BA or BS Degree or equivalent. 2. Must possess 6 years of experience in basic electricity, radio communications, RADAR, frequency management/deconfliction, and EW ground and airborne system platforms. 3. Have the ability to plan, integrate and synchronize Electronic Warfare platforms and equipment into support and execution of maneuver force operations. 4. Must possess leadership and teamwork skills to accomplish tasks under limited supervision in a timely manner. 5. Must have excellent writing and oral communication skills. 6. Must be highly proficient in MS Office Professional (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint). MS Project. 7. Must possess a Active Secret Clearance with the ability to secure a TOP SECRET/SCI Clearance. 8. Must be a U.S. Citizen
