Doctrinal Training Team-Battle Staff NCO Training Advisor
Provide full spectrum LVC training support services to ARNG commanders and Soldiers with a focus on pre-mobilization and collective war fighting tasks IAW the ARFORGEN model, the Force Generation Training and other premobilization training requirements as outlined in Army regulations. Plans, develops, and coordinates product training programs for field support personnel and customers. Obtains information needed to prepare training programs; prepares training materials; develops instructional content; determines methodology; and coordinates the integration of TADSS. Conducts training sessions, including ""over-the-shoulder"" training, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. Continuously revises training plans to meet new training requirements and keep technical information up to date.
Basic Qualifications: Must hold at least an associate's degree; Minimum of 6 years experience with Army Mission Command Systems (AMCS); Graduate of the Battle Staff NCO Course (BSNCOC); Recent experience (within last five years) working as a defense contractor, military servicemember, or DoD civilian in the AMCS training field supporting the ARNG, Active Army, or USAR; Able to travel up to 50 percent of the time; Must hold a secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications: ANCOC graduate; Bachelor's degree.
