- Make hiring decisions. Recruit, select, develop, and retain talented Store Facility Technicians. Write and deliver performance reviews - Manage performance by evaluating and delivering corrective action. Monitor performance results, utilize feedback and take action to achieve goals; hold Team Members accountable to do the same - Facilitate open and consistent communication with Store Team Leaders, District Team Leaders, Field Project Specialists, HQ Partners and Field Teams to ensure effective working relationships - Drive a safety culture; hold required monthly District Safety meetings, lead by example, recognize safe behaviors, coach unsafe behaviors and immediately addressing safety concerns - Achieve financial goals for store maintenance through effective expense management and execute all financial controls and procedures - Manage outside vendor repairs, materials, and Store Facility Technician budgets within prescribed guidelines. Manage overtime and maintain accurate records of payroll, purchases, completed work orders, and operating supplies for expense control - Direct the management of an effective inventory control system for equipment, materials, and inventoried supplies to keep costs minimal and most effectively utilize funds Requirements
- 4-year degree and 2-5 years of leadership experience - Demonstrate success in management, supervisor, and leadership skills - Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis - Strong oral and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and all levels of leadership - Ability to work nights and weekends, occasional overnight travel is required - Able to access all areas of building (ascending and descending ladders, rooftops, etc.) - Able to operate motor vehicles. Possession of a valid driver's license and/or commercial license, if required by state Benefits
