Director, Compensation Benefits
Position oversees the Sector's Compensation, Benefits, HRIS & International support. Responsibilities include collaboration with Corporate on benefit development, short-term disability plan design, benefit communication, implementation and administration of compensation policies, procedures, practices and programs, analysis sector compensation policies and government regulations. Adminsters executive compensation, oversight of employee classification, compensation changes, survey participation and labor market studies to determine compensation trends. Additional responsibilities include the HR component of One Source, metrics, and European Union Safe Harbor Principles. Position provides benefit and compensation oversight and guidance for overseas programs.
Position manages a staff of compensation and benefit professionals. Position reports to the Vice President of Human Resources for Technical Services Sector.
Position is located in Herndon, VA.
Basic Qualifications: 10 years of Human Resources experience with concentration in compensation and benefits. Must have experience working in a defense contracting environment. Familiar with collective bargaining agreements and service contract act setting. Experience with executive level compensation.
Experience in contracting activities such as Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus, proposal job mapping, Service Contract Act (SCA) integration or transition, M&A activities, negotiations of benefits.
Bachelor's Degree, Master's desirable. Position will require some travel.
