Who are we looking for? We are looking for a person that can create a memorable experience with our delivery process. They will logistically handle the machine delivery, ensure it is installed and configured to the customer’s requirements, and train the users. This person needs to be a dynamic, energetic, engaging person who is a great communicator. They should have a good grasp of technical concepts and excellent time management and communication skills. You must be adaptable to change and evolving processes, while maintaining a positive attitude.
Often, this is the customer’s first experience with G-Five after the sale. This is the first impression for the support side of G-Five. The experience should remind them of why they chose G-Five and ensure them they made a good choice and their trust will be rewarded. The delivery, installation and training should stand out and stand above any service they have received from other vendors and be the benchmark against which they’ll measure all other service vendors.
A lack of experience will not deter us from hiring the right person. We will train the right candidate. What we do expect is a professional appearance, demeanor and a strong work ethic.
