Database Marketing - Senior Analyst
-Lead the execution of individual marketing campaigns, using the customer and sale databases and campaign management software -Collaborate with peers and leaders to ensure project outcomes align with priorities and direction, including collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to identify, document and target appropriate customer groups for specific marketing programs -Assist in enhancing department vision and strategies to support Company goals -Develop, evolve and execute business processes and reports to support the department -Review operating practices and procedures, determine whether improvements can be made and work to implement changes as appropriate -Research and resolve issues using appropriate resources -Train coworkers and less experienced staff, as appropriate
