Compensation Manager Department: HUMAN RESOURCES Schedule: Full-Time Shift: Hours: 8:30a-5p Job Grade E13 Job Details: * College Graduate (BS/BA) required * Position Summary Manages and administers Compensation programs and projects. Develops, recommends and writes compensation programs policies and procedures. Creates, develops and implements large-scale projects and programs. Plans, designs, recommends and implements programmatic changes including structure design, market forecasting, and large-scale job and/or salary changes based on job markets and business models. Develops communication and training to support compensation programs. Supports organizational initiatives by providing professional and technical Compensation expertise to management. Supports the mission and values of the organization. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field, with seven years experience in Human Resources required. Experience Requirements Must have five years of compensation design and administration experience. Certifications, Licenses and/or Registrations Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred; Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred.
