Reporting to the Manager of Compensation, our Compensation Analyst will be responsible for:
Evaluate job positions, determining classification, exempt or non-exempt status, and salary.
Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scales.
Provide advice to managers and employees on the resolution of benefit and compensation matters.
Prepare reports and charts to summarize and evaluate compensation information.
Analyze information and using logic to forecast business decisions and address work-related issues.
Ensures company wide performance appraisals are accomplished smoothly and accurately, with minimal interruption to the business.
Careful attention to detail and willingness to complete work tasks quickly and efficiently.
Regularly calculate, tabulate, audit, and verify data for accuracy.
