Reporting to the Manager of Compensation, our Compensation Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Evaluate job positions, determining classification, exempt or non-exempt status, and salary.
  • Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scales.
  • Provide advice to managers and employees on the resolution of benefit and compensation matters.
  • Prepare reports and charts to summarize and evaluate compensation information.
  • Analyze information and using logic to forecast business decisions and address work-related issues.
  • Ensures company wide performance appraisals are accomplished smoothly and accurately, with minimal interruption to the business.
  • Careful attention to detail and willingness to complete work tasks quickly and efficiently.
  • Regularly calculate, tabulate, audit, and verify data for accuracy.

To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate will have:

  • Masters Degree Preferred
  • HR experience of 2 years or more
