Position Description:
Language Stars is seeking Center Directors (CD's) to run existing or new Language Stars centers. We seek Center Directors who are looking for a long-term career and who will strive to grow with our company, while achieving merit-based increases in responsibility and compensation. Center Directors are responsible for the overall success of their respective centers, focused on:
Enrollment and revenue growth
Customer retention
Team building (managing a team of international teachers)
Program quality
Local marketing
Job Logistics:
Center Directors work 5 days per week spanning Mon-Sat from approximately 8:15 am – 6:00 pm
Locations are available in the Chicago and Washington D.C. areas
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary and seasonal results-driven bonus amounting to $50,000-60,000 annually

Qualifications:
2 years + management experience, ideally in an educational business
