Our National Security Global Business, and our Emergency Management Division, is seeking a Senior Trainer to provide training and delivery technical oversight for the Center for Domestic Preparedness Training and Education Directorate. The successful candidate must have a solid understanding of the Center for Domestic Preparedness training program, curriculum, training delivery methods and student population. Proven ability leading the development and delivery all hazard emergency preparedness training is required. This position is located in Anniston, AL.
THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION:
o Bachelors degree and 15+ years of related experience
o 10+ years related experience in all-hazards emergency preparedness training
o EMI Training Program Management Certificate
o In depth knowledge of Federal and State/Local Emergency Preparedness programs
THE FOLLOWING IS DESIRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION:
o Masters Degree in education related field
o EMI Master Trainer Certificate
· IAEM Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or Equivalent State Level Certification.
