This position serves as the corporate focal point of both domestic and international special market accounts and sales representatives relating to their purchase orders and/or related business issues. Incumbent directly responsible for handling specific customer issues or may act as a facilitator between the customer, credit, Cross China, third party logistics, shipping distribution, sales administration, product control, QC and sales regionals.
Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate customer order fulfillment, duplicating company logo’s, managing backlog order report, shipping and billing error problem resolution with internal contacts and outside carrier, e-mails, authorizing product returns, responding correctly to customer inquiries, managing 30-50 in-bound calls daily.
Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish ( read, write and speak)
Associates Degree or higher
3-5 years experience in Customer Support Services preferably in a retail environment
Understanding of customer order fulfillment process and our order entry system
A high level of detail, design orientation and focus is required due to uniqueness of customer artwork decoration and special order requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential to courteously and tactfully handle customer issues, speaking with our manufacturing floor in China, or freight carrier
Accuracy, attention to detail, ability to establish priorities, research and resolve problems, follow through timely on customer inquiries, and function effectively in fast-paced work environment within required time restraints
Proficiency in MS Programs
Freehand experience or knowledge of Art and Design specifically pantone colors a plus
Occasional overtime due to business needs may be required during the year (some holidays)
