The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform duties beyond the essential functions. High school diploma or general education (GED): one or more years experience as a teacher assistant or similar paid/volunteer work; or equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the following knowledge, skills and abilities: Ability to work with various ability levels of students. Ability to follow written and oral instructions and directions in carrying out tasks and procedures related to instructional, behavioral, emergency and health-related plans and services.
