Description
Position will be responsible for user acceptance testing of IT delivered functionality for the CORE application and the design / delivery of training programs for the field clients.
Job Description: Requirements gathering experience is required in a rapid development environment. Ability to perform client interviews with AT&T Leadership to understand the business need and then to draft system requirements to help meet the need of the client. Candidate should be able to fill in gaps that the client may leave out and be able to complete detailed system flow documents via Visio. Presenting these critical deliverables to the clients for approval and sign-off is required; therefore, candidate must be able to communicate eloquently. Must be able to read and interpret existing system requirements with little supervision.
Testing experience to be able to test the requirements gathered to ensure the business need was delivered appropriately from development is required. Ability to assist in creating business scenarios in preparation for test script creation, test plans, prepare and perform testing (automated and manual testing experience preferred), coordinate others to assist you with testing as necessary, effectively communicate issues to development team, and track testing issues to resolution. May be called to aide in assisting with the coordination of field user acceptance testing team and check testing results from the field testers to determine if the reported defect is more a training issue or a true defect. Aide in filling identified data or system gaps/issues as discovered in testing.
