Assistant Store Manager
DialAmerica is preparing for expansion in the Rochester area. We are thankful to our staff and Agents for making DialAmerica the Best Job in Town. In preparations we now have newly created staff positions available. Currently we are seeking Full Time Management candidates for the Team Leader position. The Team Leaders function is to assist the Shift Manager achieve his/her productivity, quality and hours goals. Each Team Leader will be responsible for a team of agents. DialAmerica values and inspires our employees because we know when this happens ordinary people do extraordinary things. Continued advancement opportunities available to those who excel in the role. This is a full time position with a rotating weekend schedule, so serious inquiries must have open availability in scheduling. Responsibilities include but not limited to: 1. Implement and execute coaching daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly coaching duties as defined by Shift Manager 2. Teaching, training, and motivating Agents to exceed set performance expectations for production, hours, and quality daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly 3. Maintaining an acceptable retention percentage as dictated by Corporate standards 4. Communication with the Shift Manager and Recruiting and Retention Specialist regarding Agent retention issues 5. Demonstrating a basic understanding of quality management 6. Ensuring that the team is meeting all branch, divisional, corporate, and client expectations 7. Value, inspire team through effective relationship building, reward, and recognition 8. Demonstrating a thorough understanding of new hire training processes; assuming the role of Trainer when needed to accommodate the Center needs Duties Include but are not limited to: Developing and implementing daily and weekly production plans; utilizing all coaching and development tools available (i.e.: active and passive monitoring; demonstration calls, desk-side chats, personal conferences, goal setting, communication of expectations, counseling, behavior modification, residual trainings, motivations, etc.); adhering to guidelines of the Center manual Completing Management Development Program exercises as direct by Center Management and Contact Center Development Specialist Utilizing the principles of hours management to consistently meet hours objectives; meeting aver of 18 hours per Agent per week Creating and maintaining sales board during shift Creating, maintaining and utilizing monitoring systems to effectively evaluate and impact performance Assisting Shift Manager with any responsibilities and/or duties delegated Preferred Requirements: Previous accomplishments in call center management Inbound call center experiences Degree in Communications/Business/Management or equivalent management experience in call center or retail setting Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, toggling multiple Explorer pages Ability to handle the pressures of a sales management role Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Impeccable integrity Proven Leadership Serious inquiries should submit full cover letter and resume to [click on "Apply Online" button] RE: Management Opportunities Location: Henrietta Compensation: This is a paid position with compensation to be determined on experience Principals only.
