Assistant Training Director


 


Job Description


 


Urban Active is currently seeking motivated, enthusiastic individuals to join the Hottest Name in Fitness. We currently have a position available for Assistant Training Director to help direct the personal training department in one location and are responsible for attainment of personal training sales goals. Candidate must have a strong work ethic and exhibit a willingness to learn, adapt and work hard. Top performers who demonstrate leadership ability will have the opportunity to promote to an advance level position.


 



Requirements:

Ideal candidate will have:


 



  • Knowledge of personal training techniques from assessments to exercise prescription


 



  • At least 2 years management experience preferred, experience in fitness industry a plus


 



  • Sales experience


 



  • Strong communication skills


 



  • Highly self motivated


 



  • 4 year degree preferred not required


 



  • Certification preferred (if not held currently, will be required within specified timeframe)


 



  • Successful completion of criminal background check
