Assistant Director Instructional Technology Support Services
Seeking qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Director Instructional Technology Support Services. This position provides overall management of the School of Education's (SOE) Office of Instructional Technology Support Services including technical maintenance for all SOE classrooms, laboratories, and fixed assets. This position is also responsible for promoting customer service orientation to the operation, providing oversight for fixed assets inventory, coordinating the technology support system, and providing training programs for faculty, staff and students in the use of SOE supported technology (e.g., distance learning and electronic portfolios). Other duties include providing technical advice to all SOE personnel addressing technology-related initiatives and problems, interfacing with university systems including Innovation Space and the Institute for Distance and Distributed Learning, and supervising fixed assets inventory personnel and graduate assistants assigned to the labs.
