Air Defense Senior Analyst/SME
Northrop Grumman Technical Services sector is seeking a highly motivated leader and expert in Air Defense Artillery to join our team of skilled professionals to work in the Lawton / Ft Sill, Oklahoma area. The applicant will work as part of a team focused on developing and leading new work associated with the U. S. Army Air Defense Artillery School. This candidate will be the resident manager and lead all ADA efforts.
Provides consulting expertise to military or defense clients in the development and evaluation of military training and doctrine. May have specialized expertise in planning and executing some or all phases of military training exercises, including doctrinal development, scenario development, and after action review and analysis.
Basic Qualifications: 1. Must be a U.S. Citizen. 2. Must have 20 Years experience in the Air Defense Community. 3. Must possess a Bachelors degree. 4. Applicant will require: a strong technical background, familiarity with FAAD, AMDWS, ADSI, TAIS; knowledge of military Air Defense operations and procedures; basic knowledge in the operation and programming of the various Air Defense fielded electronics, communications, and computer systems. 5. Must possess an Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Access.
Preferred Qualifications: 1. Master's Degree 2. MEL 4 or higher Military Education 3. Recent combat experience and/or CTC experience 4. Instructor and training development experience. 5. Business management experience.
