The person in this position will provide professional and knowledgeable administrative support for the School of Medicine Dean's Office. He/She will assist in scheduling and managing daily projects, creating, maintaining and logging files, answering calls, preparing correspondences and reports, preparing meetings and conferences, managing fiscal affairs, updating web content, making travel arrangements and acting as liaison to faculty, staff and students. Additional responsibilities will include arranging details for various events, scheduling and recording meetings and conferences, monitoring budget and payroll transactions, and providing support other staff members on a day to day basis. Required Skills
