Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant II provides coordination and support in the areas of the Purchase Order processing, report generating, research, timeline / attendance reporting and Human Resources administrative processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school diploma
- One (1) to three (3) years of administrative experience
- Strong computer skills, proficient with MS Office
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work independently
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer focus

L'adjoint(e) administratif(ve) II coordonne et apporte du soutien aux secteurs suivants : traitement des bons de commande, création de rapports, recherches, rapports sur les délais / présences, et tâches administratives liées aux ressources humaines.

COMPÉTENCES :

- Un diplôme d'études secondaires
- Une (1) à trois (3) années d'expérience administrative
- De très bonnes compétences en informatique, une excellente connaissance de MS Office
- De bonnes aptitudes pour la motivation
- La capacité de travailler de manière indépendante
- De bonnes aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles
- Des aptitudes supérieures pour la gestion du temps et l'organisation
