General Education–Communication Adjunct Faculty Westwood College – Arlington, Va. Campus (Ballston area) Westwood College is an institution of higher learning dedicated to providing quality, career-focused undergraduate programs to students who have chosen an application-based education. We are seeking dynamic and innovative adjunct faculty to teach classes for our Communication courses.
Applicants must possess a Master’s degree with 18 graduate hours in class to be taught (Example: to teach Communication, you need 18 graduate credit hours’ worth of Communication courses).
Adjunct faculty needed for the January term and beyond. The January term runs from January 6 – March 9. **For January, the course available runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30-10:35p.m.**
Ideal candidates will possess extraordinary interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, a passion for teaching, and the ability to effectively communicate with students to help them achieve their educational goals. Additional experience providing training or presenting courses in a corporate or educational environment is a definite plus.
